RYAN Vacuum Calcination Furnace for Cleaning Industrial Equipment Parts

Vacuum Calcination Furnace is designed specially for cleaning polymers from a variety of metal parts and it can clean almost all of polymers (PP, PE, PET, PA, TPE, PB, PVC, PC, PMMA, ABS, etc.).

Product Description

Product Description

Vacuum Calcination Cleaning Oven is designed specially for cleaning polymers from a variety of metal parts. The parts to be cleaned are heated in a chamber where the polymer melts and drains into the bottom collector. Remaining polymer is vaporized and then water scrubbed in a water spray rubber where condensates are collected and rush out with water.

Since cleaning takes place under vacuum, combustion does not occur. The parts are protected from excessive or localized high temperatures.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the primary function of the Vacuum Calcination Cleaning Oven? It is specifically designed to clean various thermoplastic polymers from metal parts by melting and vaporizing them in a vacuum environment.
How does vacuum cleaning protect metal parts? Since the process occurs under vacuum, combustion is prevented, ensuring parts are not exposed to localized high temperatures or open flames.
Which types of polymers can this oven handle? It is suitable for a wide range of thermoplastic polymers, including PET, PA, PP, TPE, PB, PBT, PC, PMMA, and ABS.
How long does a typical cleaning cycle take? The cleaning cycle is highly efficient, typically taking about 8 hours, which helps in reducing overall energy consumption.
Is the operation of the cleaning oven complicated? No, the cleaning process is totally automatic with precise temperature control, making it very simple and safe to operate.
What happens to the waste polymer during cleaning? The melted polymer drains into a bottom collector, while the vaporized portion is water-scrubbed and collected for safe disposal.
